We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within (1-2 Buissness Days) after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Free Shipping is available on select products as indicated on their product pages.
- Products that do not qualify for free shipping will have shipping fees calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Estimated delivery time is (3-7 business days) after processing.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package until it arrives.
5. Shipping Delays
Maznatura is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. Maznatura is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Maznatura is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
